ADULT DISCIPLESHIP
Our hope, through our Adult Discipleship Ministry, is to come along side men and women to help them know and follow Jesus, as they help others know and follow Jesus.
This isn't always easy. Life is full of distractions and demands for our attention and affection. These resources below are a portion of how we seek to serve you. Giving your structures that help you grow.
Small groups are coed groups made up of 6+ members that meet weekly to study God's word throughout the fall and spring, primarily in homes. They exist to help cultivate authentic Christian fellowship and community in a way that goes far beyond just attending Sunday services. Click the link below to see a list of current small groups.
Equip Classes are focused studies on important theological, family and missional subjects meant have deep impact in your life. This fall we will be launching with two 6 week classes that will meet on Wednesday nights at 6:00 PM. Discipleship Groups are designed for deeper encouragement and accountability for believers as they follow Jesus. They meet weekly, and are made up of either 3-5 men or 3-5 women and are designed to be flexible based on when and where the group needs to meet. For parents of kids of students, we have rooms that can be used during the 9 AM hour on Sunday Mornings. Kids and Students have discipleship specially designed for them so parents can meet without distraction. NFBC Women's Ministry aims to train the women of NFBC in a greater understanding of the Scriptures, develop the gift of teaching in women who are gifted to do so, and foster initiative within women to serve the local body of Christ as we see encouraged in Titus 2​.

NFBC Men's Ministry creates opportunities for men to gather and connect multiple generations of men for the glory of God and for the sake of the Gospel. ​
One way that we do that is by holding multiple events throughout the year for men 18 years or older, such as Fishing at the Farm, BBQ competitions, and Men's Breakfasts. Click the link below to find resources especially for men as well as information about upcoming events.
